Terms and Conditions for Rorbukaia Rental

1. Reservation and Payment

Reservations can be made directly through our website, rorbukaia.no.

Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. All payments are confirmed.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable, except under extenuating circumstances, to be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: 3:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM.

Early check-ins or late check-outs must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.

4. Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay and agree to cover the cost of repairs or replacements.

We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the property.

5. Occupancy

The cabin accommodates a maximum of 10 guests. Please ensure that the number of guests does not exceed this limit.

6. House Rules

No smoking indoors.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Pets are allowed only if explicitly mentioned at booking and approved by the owner.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
